Al Athbi wins double trap gold in QSAA Cup
DOHA, November 4, 2017- Qatar's national team shooter Rashid Al Athbi claimed the gold medal of Men's Double Trap event at the QSAA Cup on Friday.
Ahmad Al Marri finished second while Masaoud Al Athba settled in third place.
In Women's Skeet event also held on Friday, Sarah Mohamad clinched the gold medal. Hager Mohammad Amal Ahmad took the second and third places respectively.
The QSAA Assistant Secretary General Hussain Saleh Al Sadah honored the winners.
Al Anoud Matar Al Naimi hailed the level of women's competitions and wished the Qatari shooters more success in the upcoming tournaments.
The skeet competitions for men and youth will be staged on Saturday.
