QOC 360 Degree leadership training concluded

DOHA, May 9, 2018 – The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) throughout its Human Resources and Administrative Services Department concluded a productive training course titled “ 360 - Degree Leadership" for heads of sections and units at QOC on Tuesday.

At the course's closing day, the key lecturer Essa Abdullah Al Muslamani, accredited trainer of psychology at Aspetar focused on leaders skills to tackle employees administrative issues, management of priorities, theories of leaderships.

Mr. Al Muslamani also highlighted the leader obligations to define, analyses , creates creative solutions and implements them in his specific section.

The three day long training course brought together Heads of sections and units at the Qatar Olympic Committee.

The Qatar Olympic Committee Secretary General, HE Jassim Rashid Al Boenin, attended the course closing day.
