QOC Human Resources training course gets underway
DOHA, November 12, 2018 – The Qatar Olympic Committee's course for human resources employees got underway at Losail Hall at the QOC Headquarters on Sunday.
The three day training course is bring together employees from Human Resources Department at the QOC and the course key lecturer is Dr. Hassan Al Bireiki , Head of family reformation section at the Family Consulting Center.
In the opening session titled "Be Creative" held on Sunday, Dr. Al Bireiki exhaustively discussed vital topics to improve employees administrative ability including creative thinking skills, creativity concept, creative people features, keys of creative thinking alongside the five creative strategies for organization.
According to the course schedule, the second section on Monday will be held under the title " how to be a successful leader " , while the third day will focus on pressures of work environment.
