Qatar wins 8 medals in Special Olympics World Summer Games
Abu Dhabi, March 20, 2019- The Qatari Special Olympics team claimed 8 medals at the Special Olympics World Summer Games – Abu Dhabi 2019 to conclude on Wednesday.
Qatar's Saud Al Sulaiti claimed the gold medal of Badminton event while Salma Al Hamad took the gold medal of 100 event.
Mohammad Ikhlas clinched the silver medal of Shot Put event while Nayef Al Jassim took the silver medal of badminton event.
Mohamed Al Dosari, Head of Qatar' delegation in the Games wished all success for the Qatari players on the closing day of the event.
Al Dosari said that the Qatari delegation will return to Doha on Friday.
