QOC organises Performance Appraisal Work Shop
DOHA, March 20, 2019 - The Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department at Qatar Olympic Committee staged a productive workshop titled " New instrument for employee performance appraisal 2019" at the QOC Tower on Monday.
The three–day long training workshop aims to take employees performance to greater professional standards to help executing QOC strategy which also aims to create a new qualified generation of Qatar sport leaders and cadres , as well as to boost Doha reputation as a global sport capital in compliance with Qatar 2030 vision.
This workshop's initial stage is targeting directors of Department, Head of sections and units, while the second stage will be arranged for the QOC employees.
The workshop key lecturers are Hassan Al Kholaifi, senior expert at HR Department and Sheikha Al Sahli, Head of training and development Unit at HR Department.
