Team Qatar participate in FINA Marathon Swim World Series
DOHA, May 13, 2019- The Qatari swimming team including Mohammad Mahmoud and Ahmad Samarah participated in the second round of the 2019 FINA Marathon Swim World Series held in Seychelles on Sunday.
The event featured the participation of 81 swimmers from 19 countries.
Marc-Antoine Olivier of France claimed the title of Men's race while Arianna Bridi of Italy won Women's race.
The Qatari capital city of Doha hosted the first round of the event on February 16. A total of 138 swimmers including 87 male and 51 female athletes from 24 countries participated in the first round.
