QIHF participates in IIHF development camp
DOHA, July 22, 2019-Qatar Winter Sports Committee and Qatar ice hockey federation (QIHF) participated in IIHF development camp 2019 held in Vierumaki, Finland from 6-13 July 2019.
The event is the main IIHF development gathering having several different countries and nationalities during the week in Finland. QIHF is happy to participate into such important event worldwide and is grateful to belong into the global hockey.
QIHF sent one junior male player and one management member to represent Qatar for this international event including Thawab Mohammed Alsubaey and Thamer Abdulla Almohannadi.
The camp program is used as a platform to launch the IIHF's development and education programs, specifically aimed at assisting each National Association to achieve their objectives, leading to global growth and development of the game
