Qatar to take on Kuwait in GCC U18 Basketball Tournament
Manama, August 20, 2019-The Qatari youth basketball team will take on their Kuwaiti counterparts on Tuesday in the GCC U18 Basketball Tournament.
To conclude on August 25, the event brings together the six GCC nations including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, UAE and hosts Bahrain.
The Qatari team suffered a 60-70 defeat at the hands of Saudi team in the beginning of their campaign in the tournament on Monday.
Qatar's squad: Bassel Hani Nouri, Mohamed Darwish, Adam Al Abdullah, Mohamed Abshar, Ahmed Khalid Al Doh, Ahmed Mohammed Abdo, Mohammed Ahmed, Abdulrahman Al Noubi, Mubarak Rashed, Ahmed Saeed, Essa Maher and Omar Saeed Al Zayani.
