Wadha Al Abdullah claims fencing bronze in GCC Women's Games
Kuwait, October 22, 2019 – Qatar's Wadha Al Abdullah claimed the bronze medal of Epee fencing event at the sixth edition of GCC Women's Games 2019 which got underway in Kuwait on Sunday.
Reem Al Shatti of Kuwait took the gold medal while Al Anoud Al Saadi of United Arab Emirates finished second.
In Basketball event, Qatar defeated Saudi Arabia 63-41 while Qatar handball team eased past Kuwait 38-12 on Monday.
On the other hand, Qatar's table tennis team will arrive in Kuwait on Tuesday while Qatar Taekwondo team will arrive in Kuwait on Wednesday.
The sixth edition of Games is bringing together six GCC nations who are competing in 11 events.
