Team Qatar win GCC Under-18 Basketball Championship
Dubai-Qatar Youth Basketball team claimed the title of the GCC Under-18 Basketball Championship in Dubai after defeating Saudi Arabia 75-51 on Saturday.
The two teams directly qualified to the FIBA U-18 Asian Championship, scheduled to be held in Tehran from August 21 to 28.
On the other hand, Bahrain defeat Kuwait 55-45 to finish the tournament in the third place.
The tournament brought together six GCC nations, including hosts United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
