Tokyo - Qatar’s Abdulrahman Abdulqader claimed the bronze of men’s F34 shot put event in Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games on Saturday with a season’s best of 11.36M.

On this occasion, Abdulqader said "It's an honor to win a new medal for Qatar as our nation never spare any effort to support its athletes in all sports"

"I tried my best to claim a medal and I’m thankful that I managed to win third place and the bronze medal."

Jordan’s Ahmad Hindi took the gold medal with a new world record of 12.25M while Morocco’s Azeddine Nouiri clinched the silver medal with an effort of 11.55M.
