Al Adaam wins bronze in Polish Goalball Open Championship
DOHA June 17 , 2019 – Qatar's goalball team confidently clinched the bronze medal of the Polish Goalball Open Championship 2019 which was concluded in Poland on Sunday.
The bronze medal went to Qatar , following their hard-fought 6-5 victory over Italian opponents with golden goal format , while Algerian team claimed the first place after defeated hosts Poland 15-11.
The prestigious event brought together 9 teams pooled into two groups, group A included Italy, Poland youth team and Poland senior team, while group B has seen Qatar, Czech Republic, Algeria team (A) and Poland team (B).
