Al Gharafa defeat Al Ahli Tripoli in Arab Handball Championship

TUNISIA, March 20, 2018 – Qatar's Al-Gharafa recorded a deserving 31-28 victory over Al Ahli Tripoli of Libya in Group A clash of the prestigious 14^th Arab Handball Championship of Winners' Cup 2018 held in Sfax , Tunisia on Sunday.

While in group B clash, Qatar's second representative Qatar SC suffered a shock 28-33 defeat at the hands of Libya's Al Ittihad Club.

It is worth mentioning that, Al Gharafa are in Group A alongside Tunisia's Jemmal, Algeria's Ain Touta, Libya's Al Ahli Tripoli and Moroccan Mouloudia Oujda.

Group B consists of Qatar SC, Tunisia's CS Sakiet Ezzit, the defending champions, Saudi Arabia's Al Ahli, Libya's Al Ittihad Club, Algeria's Esperance Sportive Arzew and Oman's Ahli Sidab.
