Al Qashouti sparkles in Youth Olympic Games
Buenos Aires, October 10, 2018- Qatar's Mohammad Al Qashouti concluded his participation in men's show jumping event at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games on Tuesday.
The Qatari star who led his group on Monday was not able to take one of the medals in the final.
The players of the Qatari athletics team including Ahmad Al Haj, Awad Barou and Abdulaziz Mohammad stepped up their preparations for the games as Ahmad Al Jaj will begin his campaign in Discus throw on Thursday.
On the other hand, the fourth edition of the summer Youth Olympic Games 2022 (YOG) will be held in Dakar, Senegal. The decision was unanimously taken during the IOC session in Buenos Aires.
Senegalese President Macky Sall declared it was a “historic decision" for his nation to be awarded the 2022 Youth Olympic Games.
