Camilo Soto announces Qatar’s squad for Asian Men's Volleyball Cup
DOHA, May 31, 2018- Qatar's coach Camilo Soto on Wednesday announced the preliminary squad for the 2018 Asian Men's Volleyball Cup which will be held in Chinese Taipei in August.
Qatar will play in Group C alongside Vietnam, Australia and Thailand. Qatar will begin their campaign in the tournament with a match against Vietnam on August 08.
The Qatari volleyball team will play two friendly matches against India and Azerbaijan in light of their preparations for the Asian tournament.
The squad:
Mubarak Dhahi, Bilal Abu Nabout, Sulaiman Saeed, Melos, Sultan Husain, Uthman Abdulwahed, Ghanim Al Rumaihi, Ahmad Bassam, Renan, Ibrahim Saeed, Ali Al Kanaani, Khalid Shamiya and Nader Abu Baker.
