Nasser bin Abdullah Al Missned receives best camel owner award in Sport Excellence Day

DOHA, October 15, 2017-The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) organized the Sport Excellence Day at Qatar National Exhibition Centre on October 04, 2017.

During the event, the QOC President HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani honored the best athletes, sport officials, sport institutions, government, and non-government organizations for their tangible contributions in boosting sport movement during the season sports season.

The list of honorees included Mr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al Missned, Advisor of the QOC President who was named as the best camel owner (public race-tribes)

Nasser Al Missned is one those who contributed to the development of some sports in the state of Qatar including basketball, volleyball, athletics and camel racing.

Al Missned received many awards inside and outside of Qatar before being honored by the QOC as the best camel owner in the sport excellence day. The event reflected the new brand and strategy of the QOC.
