Qatar Beach Volleyball Team qualify to main draw of Gstaad Major
Gstaad, July 12, 2018- Qatar's beach volleyball team, including Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan, qualified to the main draw of Gstaad Major Volleyball Tournament on Wednesday.
In their first match, the Qatari duo defeated the Chinese team 2-1, then in the second match, they recorded a 2-0 victory over Austria.
Qatar beach volleyball team have advanced in the FIVB World Ranking, rising to the 16th place, after finishing fifth in Espinho 4-Star tournament recently held in Portugal.
