Qatar defeat Argentina in IHF World Men's Handball Championship
COPENHAGEN, January 18 , 2019 – Qatar's handball team secured a narrow (26-25) victory over Argentinean counterparts on Thursday in the fifth round match of the prestigious IHF World Men's Handball Championship 2019 taking place in Germany and Denmark.
Thursday's victory made Qatar to settle in the fourth place with 4 points tally behind Sweden, Hungary and Egypt.
It is worth mentioning that, Qatar side is pooled in group D alongside Sweden, Hungary, Argentina, Egypt and Angola.
World Men's Handball Championship is the 26th event hosted by the International Handball Federation in Denmark and Germany from 10 to 27 January 2019
