Qatar faces Philippines in Asian Beach Handball Championship on Friday

China , May 14, 2019 – The Qatari beach handball team will shake hands with Philippines counterpart in the 7^th Asian Beach Handball Championship for senior Men and Women in China on Friday.

The championship will serve as a qualifying event for the 2020 IHF World Beach Handball Championship to be staged in Italy.

Qatar will play in group (A) alongside Vietnam, Afghanistan, Indonesia and Philippines while group (B) includes Oman, Iran, Thailand, Pakistan, Japan and Saudi Arabia.
