Qatar handball team leave for Turkey to participate in Islamic Solidarity Games
Doha- Qatar national handball team left Thursday heading to Turkey to participate in the fifth edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games which will take place in Konya from Aug. 9-18.
Qatar handball team will join Saudi Arabi, Morocco in group A while group B consists of Turkey, Iran and Azerbaijan.
Last May, Qatar handball team won the gold medal in the handball competition at the third GCC Games in Kuwait.
