Qatar to participate in GCC Swimming Championship in Kuwait

DOHA, April 18, 2019 – Qatar swimming team is due to participate in the 17^th edition of the prestigious GCC Swimming Championship ( Open water) which will get underway in Kuwait on Friday and will last until Sunday.

Qatar swimming team delegation left Doha to Kuwait on Wednesday, as around 8 swimmers will represent the country in the championship, including Abdurrahman Mohammed, Yousef Mohammed, Ahmed Samara, Mohammed Mahmood, Kareem Salah,Omar Ashraf, Tamim Mohammed Abdullah Al Khaledi.

The administrative delegation is headed by Ahmed Al Nimah, Assistant Secretary General of Qatar Swimming Federation, alongside Ibraheem Al Rumaihi, the team director and the technical staff.​
