Qatar to take on Chinese Taipei in FIBA U18 Asian Championship 2022
BEIRUT – Qatar youth basketball team will take on Chinese Taipei on Sunday in the beginning of their campaign at FIBA U18 Asian Championship 2022, which will be played in Tehran, Iran between August 21 and 28.
Team Qatar will play in group C alongside Chinese Taipei, Philippines and Syria.
The quarterfinals will take place on the immediate day after the end of the Group Phase on August 24.
Team Qatar qualified to the Asian championship after winning the title of GCC U18 Basketball Championship held in UAE recently with a 75-51 victory over Saudi Arabia in the final match.
