QOC 360 Degree leadership training course kicks off
DOHA, May 7, 2018 - The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) throughout its Human Resources and Administrative Services Department organized a productive training course titled “ 360 - Degree Leadership" for heads of sections and units at QOC on Sunday.
The course key lecturer Essa Al Muslamani, accredited trainer of psychology at Aspetar has delivered a comprehensive presentation on leadership as one of main administrative functions of any the director.
Al Muslamani shed light on the meaning of leadership and how the director transfers the leadership spirit to staff, employees and manpower. He defined the leadership, problem solving process, and leaders deals with conflicts and different between administration and leadership.
The three day long training course brings Heads of sections and units at the Qatar Olympic Committee.
