QOC Course on Loyalty and Work Ethics concludes
DOHA, February 21, 2018 – The Human Resources and Administrative Services Department at the Qatar Olympic Committee has concluded a productive training course titled “Loyalty and work ethnics" at the QOC building on Tuesday.
At the course opening day session, Dr. Haya Mohammed Al Madaadi, Human resources consultant and PHD holder in Human resources briefed the trainees on the concept of loyalty (patriotism) as a basic pillar of national values.
Dr. Al Madaadi also described the national education as a collective responsibility for all community members including family , school, mosque and media outlets.
In the closing sessions, Dr. Haya focused on the pressure management, its definition, forms and how to tackle them in the work environment.
The QOC Secretary General, HE Jassim bin Rashid Al Boenain handed over the appreciation certificates to the trainees in recognition to their effort and contribution in the course.
