QOC launches talents management program
DOHA, April 16, 2019- With attendance of HE Mr. Jassim Rashid Al Buenain, Secretary General of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC), the Human Resources and Administrative Service Department launched the talents management program on Monday.
The program aims at developing the managerial skills of the distinguished employees who were selected based on the results and outputs of the evaluation project of the QOC employees held last year.
The program comes in light of the QOC strategy 2017-2022 and the new organizational structure to provide the employees with the ideal work environment.
The QOC Secretary General launched the program saying that the QOC aims at investing in human factor and future leaders of the QOC.
“In its first stage, the program will target 25 employees representing the different departments of the QOC." He added.
Hassan Hissam Al Hebabi, Director of the QOC Human Resources and Administrative Services Department said “These projects would not have been possible without the support and encouragement of senior management"
