QOC organizes seminar on performance appraisal mechanisms
Doha, December 25, 2018-The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) organized a seminar on developing the performance appraisal mechanisms at the QOC headquarters on Monday.
The seminar was attended by Directors of Departments, Heads of Sections and Heads of Units.
The key speakers of the seminar including Sheikha Al Sahli, Hassan Al Khelaifi and Mohammad Al Gendy focused lights on the new mechanisms of performance appraisal depending on competency standards and agreed targets consistent with the QOC strategic objectives.
The new mechanisms aim achieving the QOC strategic objectives and promoting its main values.
