Team Qatar line up for Asian Volleyball Championship
DOHA, July 28, 2019- The Qatari volleyball team will begin their training camp in China on Sunday in preparation for the 2019 Asian Men's Volleyball Championship to be staged in Tehran, Iran from 11 to 22 September 2019.
Qatar are placed alongside Iran, Sri Lanka and Australia in a tough Pool A at the Asian Championship, and they face a stern challenge as only the top eight teams will qualify for the 2020 Asian Olympic Qualification Tournament.
Qatar squad: Mubarak Dhahi, Ahmed Jamal, Ibrahim Saeed, Bilal Nabil, Osman Abdel Wahid, Nader Abu Baker, Mahmoud Essam, Rennan, Khalid Shamiya, Mahdi Badr Eddin, Miloush, Sultan Abdullah, Sami Mahmoud, Sulaiman Saeed, Naji Mahmoud.
Qatar will also participate in the 2019 Asian Men's U23 Volleyball Championship to be held in Myanmar from 03 to 11, August.
