Team Qatar qualify to semifinals
Jeddah: Team Qatar have qualified to the semifinals of West Asia U23 Football Championship after beating Oman 1-0 in their second and final group (A) Match in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Wednesday.
Al Makki Hassan scored Qatar's goals in the fourth minute.
Team Qatar, who began their campaign in the championship with a goalless draw Lebanon, topped their group with four points ahead of Oman in the second place with 3 points following their 4-2 victory over Lebanon.
