Youth team shine in Football Friendly Tournament
DOHA, September 28, 2017 – Qatar Youth team led the standings of the International Football Friendly Tournament 2017, following their deserving 1-0 victory over Croatia at the Aspire Zone playground on Wednesday.
Forward Yousef Abdulrazek netted Qatar's only winning goal to raise the country's tally to 8 points and stay at the top of the standings, while Croatia dropped to the second place with 6 points in their tally.
In Saturday's fixtures, the home side Qatar will lock horn against Croatia in the clash for the first and second places, while Japan will take on Australia in the second match.
