HH the Amir Meets FIFA President
Doha, October 24, 2018- (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met at the Amiri Diwan Office on Tuesday morning with HE President of the International Federation for Football Associations (FIFA) Gianni Infantino, who called on HH the Amir to greet him on the occasion of his visit to the country.
Talks during the meeting dealt with the joint cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Federation, especially the preparations for hosting Qatar 2022 World Cup and the achievements made in this regard.
A number of issues related to sports were also discussed.
HH Personal Representative of HH the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended the meeting. (QNA)
