HH the Amir Attends Final of His Highness' Football Cup
DOHA, May 13, 2023 (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended on Friday evening HH the Amir Cup final match between Al Sadd and Al Arabi at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium.
HH Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Personal Representative of HH the Amir; HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Thani; HE Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdulla Al Ghanim and a number of Their Excellencies sheikhs; ministers and senior officials attended the match.
The final was also attended by HE President of the (FIFA) Gianni Infantino; HE President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa a number of heads of Arab and international sports associations, a number of Their Excellencies members of the diplomatic corps accredited to the State of Qatar, and football fans.
Al Arabi won the match against Al Sadd 3-0.
After the match, HH the Amir handed the trophy and gold medals to Al Arabi team, and the silver medals to Al Sadd team. (QNA).
