Team Qatar defeat Jordan in handball event at Arab Games
Algeria – Qatar handball team have recorded a 36-21 victory over Jordan on their second match at the Arab Games 2023 held in Algeria on Saturday.
With Saturday’s victory , handball team secured the first three points to keep their qualification hopes to the second stage alive after being defeated 27-28 by hosts Algeria in the opening game.
Most notably, six teams are competing in handball event, including hosts Algeria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Libya and Iraq.
2023 Arab Games competitions are running from 5th to 15th of July in Algeria’s capital city of Algiers.
