Qatar’s fencer Al Qahtani wins bronze medal at Arab Games
Algeria – The Qatar’s 17-year-old fencer Mishaal Al Qahtani won bronze in the Epee weapon category in fencing at the ongoing Arab Games - Algeria 2023 in Algiers on Monday.
By winning Monday’s bronze medal, Mishaal Al Qahtani has raised up his country’s medal tally to 14 medals to include five gold, two silver and seven bronze medals.
Most notably, 115 Qatari athletes are competing in 16 sport disciplines, handball, volleyball, basketball, swimming, Triathlon (cycling only), athletics, gymnastics, chess, fencing, sailing, boxing, (goal ball and para-athletics), Karate, judo and badminton.
