Sheikh Joaan meets with Kyrgyz Olympic Committee President
His Excellency Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC), met with Mr. Sadyr Mamytov, President of the Kyrgyz Olympic Committee, on the sidelines of the 2024 World Aquatics Championships, which is currently taking place in Doha.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance sports cooperation between the two countries.
Sheikh Joaan also met with Mr. Daniel Gyurta, a member of the International Olympic Committee's Athletes' Commission and a former Hungarian Olympic swimming champion.
