Team Qatar Virtual Flag Relay unites the nation with pride, loyalty and solidarity

Doha: The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) has organized a virtual fifth edition of the Flag Relay today as part of the State’s celebrations on the National Day 2021 .

The flag Relay comes aligned with the country’s National Day celebrations and reflecting the QOC’s efforts to bring the community together through sport.

This year’s flag relay has seen a number of events being organized for school students, as well as the QOC has opened its social media platforms for the public to exercise sport and raise up the national flag higher while participating in their sporting activities.

The QOC organizes the Flag Relay in the second week of December annually, with aim to boost the national loyalty, pride and unity. This event comes in line with the QOC’s strategy to promote the Olympic movement values and celebrating the national day occasions through the sport.
