Team Qatar win silver medal at Asian Cadet Junior & U21 Championship 2023

Almaty: Qatar’s Abdullah Rashad claimed the silver medal of U21 Kumite Male -84 Kg event at the 21st Asian Cadet Junior & U21 Championship 2023 held in Almaty Kazakhstan. 

Team Qatar was represented by Abdulla Rashad, Abdulrahman Al Mohannadi, Yaman Al Natsha and Mohamed Younis Al Abdullah. 

Rashad began his campaign in the event by defeating Mukhammed Iliasov of Kyrgyzstan 3-1 then he defeated Japan’s Mizuki Akasobe 8-5 before losing to Saudi Arabia’s Anas Alzahrani in the final match.
