Qatar’s Mubarak Shannan wins Tamdeen Pro League in Kuwait
Kuwait: Qatari player Mubarak Shannan won the title of Tamdeen Pro League for tennis that was held at the Rafael Nadal Academy in Kuwait over five days.
Shannan beat Omar Al Awadhi of UAE in straight sets in the final.
Khalid Al Khulaifi, a member of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation (QTBSF) and head of the national teams committee, praised the achievement of team player Mubarak Shannan wishing him to win more titles and to continue to honour Qatari tennis.
Al Khulaifi QTBSF keenness and commitment to supporting Qatari players as they are the cornerstone in the development and advancement of the sport.
For his part, Mubarak Shannan expressed his happiness on winning the Tamdeen Pro League, adding that this achievement will be a great incentive for him in the upcoming events.
