Doha: Qatar table tennis delegation left yesterday for Iraq to participate in the 2023 Arab national teams championship, which will be organised by the Iraqi table tennis federation in the city of Sulaymaniyah, under the supervision of the Arab federation.
The championship will be held from July 28 to August 4, in which Arab champions of different ages will compete in the teams, singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
Qatari national team delegation is headed by director of the national teams Khaled Ali Al Kuwari. It includes first team coach and the coaches of the age groups, in addition to 15 players: Ahmed Khalil Al Mohannadi, Mohamed Abdel-Wahhab, Fahd Al Mughni, Ahmed Muthanna, Abdulaziz Al Abdullah, Issa Al Haddad, Mohammed Al Sulaiti, Youssef Abdullah, Ahmed Eid, Rawad Al Nasser, Sultan Al Kuwari, Abbad Al Abdullah, Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, Rabia Al Kuwari, and Abdullah Abdul-Wahhab.
The Qatari national teams of different ages underwent intensive training during the last period at the Lusail Sports Hall and the Training and Preparation Center Hall in Ras Abu Aboud in preparation for the championship.
