Team Qatar win three medals in Arab Table Tennis Championship

Baghdad:  The Qatari table tennis team won three medals yesterday in the 17th Arab Table Tennis Championship for teams, which underway in the Iraqi city of Sulaymaniyah, with the participation of 9 Arab teams.

Qatar won two silver medals by Mohammed Al Sulaiti in the U-13 singles category, Ahmed Eid in the U-15 singles category, and one bronze by Sultan Al Kuwari, in the U-15 singles category.

In the men's category, Mohammed Abdelwahhab qualified for the final after defeating Bahraini Rashid Sanad in the semi-finals. He will face Jordanian Ziad Aziz in the final in search of the gold medal.
