Team Qatar tally reaches 21 medals at Youth GCC Games
Abu Dhabi, UAE - Team Qatar’s medal tally has jumped to 21 medals on Saturday at the inaugural Youth GCC Games on Saturday , which is hosted by UAE from April 16 to second of May, 2024.
Team Qatar athletes kept their winning streak at the games with a high note performance to reach 21 medals, including 6 gold, 7 silver and 8 bronze since the competitions started off in the mid of April.
In Saturday’s swimming event, team Qatar members claimed 11 medals , including 5 gold, 4 sliver and two bronze, on the same track of victory Qatari archers won two sliver and two bronze K likewise Qatar’s Karate, Triathlon and cycling teams seized a bronze medal apiece.
These two week long Games bring together more than 3500 athletes to compete in 24 sport disciplines looking for top honors.
